This policy explains how Can AI Help? (ABN 92 489 659 624), "we", handles personal information. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, business name, phone, email, website and anything you write in a form, email or text.
- Records of how we've dealt with you: calls, texts, emails and notes from our conversations.
- Website data: pages visited, the device and browser you use, roughly where you are, and how you found the site, including any ad you clicked. We collect this with Google Analytics, which uses cookies.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and run your Lead Leak Check
- To provide our services if you become a client
- To send you texts and emails, where you've agreed to them or where they're about something you asked for
- To understand how people use our website, so we can improve it
Texts and emails
When you send us a form, we'll send you an automatic text or email to confirm we've got it. We'll only send you other messages about our services if you've agreed to them. Every marketing message tells you how to opt out, and you can reply STOP or ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business: Netlify (our website and its forms), HubSpot (our customer records), Google Analytics (website statistics), and our text message, email and automation providers. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. We choose providers that take privacy and security seriously.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Our clients' customers
When we set up or run a system for a client business, we handle their customers' details on that business's behalf and only to provide the service. If you're a customer of one of our clients, that business's own privacy policy applies, and you can contact them directly.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies from Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. They don't tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, keep access limited to the people who need it, and delete information we no longer need.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at ryan@canaihelp.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
